We believe cost certainty helps reduce stress at an already difficult time. Where possible we publish standard rates so you know what to expect before you call.
Mediation fees
Ben Gatter is a Nationally Accredited Mediator through the Australian Institute of Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators. His mediation rates are:

| Property dispute mediation – up to $750,000 asset pool. Maximum 7 hours, including intake sessions. | $1,500 plus GST per day |
| Parenting arrangement mediation – matters already commenced in the Family Court. | $290 per hour plus GST, capped at $1,450 per day |
Ben can facilitate mediation at off-site facilities if appropriate and agreed between the parties and/or their solicitors. He can also conduct mediation outside of the Perth metropolitan area if it is more convenient for the parties. Please contact us for further information if you believe this service may suit you.

Wills and estates
We provide a fixed-fee service for preparing your Will. Please contact our office for the current fee and to make an appointment.
Estate planning, probate and letters of administration are charged based on the complexity of the matter. We will provide an estimate after our initial discussion.
Family law and restraining order matters
Initial consultations and ongoing work are charged at hourly rates that reflect the seniority of the lawyer handling your matter. We will give you a clear estimate before starting work and keep you informed as the matter progresses.
